Yoga for Recovery Support 

SCHEDULE

A 90 minute, gentle, mat based exploration of the connection between body, mind and spirit through trauma-informed Hatha and Yin yoga. Workshops will focus on balancing the nervous system and will include extended periods of meditation. Pre-registration is required and space is purposely limited to create a safe environment.
